Orit is a great believer that complex problems are never "only legal" and therefore require a wide spectrum of
multidisciplinary knowledge and tools.

Orit is known for her unique ability to bring parties together in the most challenging and complex situations and she does so by addressing the many dimensions of the conflict; the merits, the legal arguments, the business/monetary circumstances and the personal and emotional aspects.

Orit is a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators. 

After working a few years as a commercial attorney, Orit realized that most conflicts are multi-layered and not only legal. Therefore, going to court means seeking for legal solutions to non-legal problems. She then shifted her focus to mediation.

For more than two decades Orit has served as a full-time independent mediator of more than 5,500 disputes with an impressive success record. Orit has mediated a wide range of conflicts involving parties from over a dozen countries across five continents. Parties have included private and public entities, family business, individuals, government and local authorities, international and multinational corporations.

Her mediations involve multifaceted and highly sensitive situations, some involving multiple parties. Orit has extensive and unique experience with (extreme) cross-cultural differences.
