Orit Asnin is one of Israel's most experienced mediators and a former commercial attorney.
At the end of the 90’s Orit decided to focus solely on mediation and since then, she has served exclusively as a professional mediator of thousands of disputes in a wide range of fields, with local/ and international parties.
Orit is known for her unique ability to bring parties together in the most challenging and complex situations and she does so by addressing the many dimensions of the conflict; the merits, the legal arguments, the business/monetary circumstances and the personal and emotional aspects.
Orit's vast experience assists the parties to find effective, comprehensive and smart solutions.
Orit is a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators.

After working a few years as a commercial attorney, Orit realized that most conflicts are multi-layered and not only legal. Therefore, going to court means seeking for legal solutions to non-legal problems. She then changed her focus into mediation.
For more than two decades Orit has served as a full-time independent mediator of more than 5,000 disputes with an impressive success record. Orit has mediated a wide range of conflicts involving parties from over a dozen countries across five continents. Parties have included private and public entities, family business, individuals, local and government and local authorities, international and multinational corporations.
Her mediations involve multifaceted and highly sensitive situations, some involving multiple parties. Orit has an extensive and unique experience with (extreme) cross-cultural differences.
THE EXPERTISE
Orit has lectured and has served as a panel member in numerous international
events both in-person and online, including in the IAM – The International
Academy of Mediators, The International Congress for all Mediations, The INDAR-
World Mediation Congress, The CILS Mediation Symposiums, The International
Symposium Mediation In Our Culture & Traditions, ADR Annual Conference of the
Michigan Bar, Mediateguru, The Israeli Bar Association, leading Israeli universities,
various business forums of leading CEOs and CFOs.
